Any time of year, an escape to sunny Florida is nice, but wintertime is when you especially urn for that golden sunshine. Even in January, the temperature can be quite warm, and there is no better place to soak it in than Eau Palm Beach.

Bright colors and funky patterns give the luxe accommodations an air of fun and playfulness, while being comfortable and elegant at the same time.

With 3 restaurants on site, you won’t need to leave for a delicious meal. Our favorite was the al fresco option, Breezes Ocean Kitchen. Set just steps from the ocean, the casual restaurant serves tasty dishes like fish tacos and burgers. The coconut sorbet served in half a coconut shell is the perfect sweet treat before heading back into the sunshine.

Eau Palm Beach is perfect for a romantic couples trip, family vacation, or weekend getaway with your friends. For families, there’s a large, kid-friendly pool ideal for splashing around in. Around the corner, you’ll find an adults-only pool for those looking for a quieter waterside retreat.

You can’t come to Eau Palm Beach without making time for the spa. The Eau Spa is truly one of the nicest spas we’ve had the pleasure of enjoying. The sprawling 42,000 square foot space is the definition of relaxation. The private women’s waiting area has space to relax inside on loungers, as well as a huge hot tub with water features if you’re looking for a dip. Post-treatment, head outside to the co-ed relaxation area, which has ample space to stretch out and relax, from chairs and couches to colorful swings hanging above a shallow pool.

No matter the time of year, Eau Palm Beach is a idyllic resort tucked away in the chic town of Palm Beach, Florida. It’s the perfect place to soak in that South Florida sunshine.
