It’s a new year and we’ve got a whole new list of places we hope to visit. After a few strange years of travel – or lack thereof – we’re craving an escape. We want a little culture, some stunning scenery, and a laid back vibe that’ll encourage us to unplug from our devices, crack open a book, explore a bit and really recharge.
