Summer Fridays Jet lag mask
This mask is our – and apparently most of the internet’s – new obsession. If you haven’t already heard someone singing the praises of this mask, please allow us! First off, it’s good for all types of skin and can be used as a mask that you can wipe off after 10 minutes, or as a cream that you leave on (we prefer the latter!). There are zero harmful ingredients, you can use it on and under your eyes, and it’s the right size to keep in your carry-on. It’s full of vitamin C to even skin tone, sodium hyaluronate to boost your skin’s moisture, antioxidant rich vitamin E, arginine which is a naturally occurring amino acid, and peppermint oil which wakes your skin up and gives it a slight, pleasant tingle. Your skin will thank you, jet lag or not!
Thayers Whitch Hazel in Rose Petal
Witch hazel is a natural astringent which makes it a great treatment against oil and build-up on the skin. We love using Thayers as a toner every night – it removes the last bits of makeup and leaves our skin feeling super clean. Using it regularly, we have definitely noticed brighter skin with fewer blemishes. We love the rose petal scent, but it also comes in lavender, cucumber, or unscented.
Verb Dry ghost oil
This is a miracle worker for anyone who needs help extending the life of their blowout. Yes, it’s technically an oil you spray into your hair, but somehow it isn’t the least bit oil-y. It coats your hair in a protective layer of heavenly smelling moringa oil, helping lessen the damage caused by styling, and at the same time, it helps detangle any knots.
Kiehl’s Glow formula skin hydrator
Simply put, Kiehl’s does skincare right, and this brand new product is no exception. It’s full of illuminating minerals that help reflect light and give your skin a natural glow. It also has pomegranate extract, which is packed with antioxidants. Use it as a daily moisturizer and you’ll notice your skin has a fresh, new glow!
Scully’s Spritz Natural Deodorant
Remember that strong minty mouth-spray with a hint of alcohol that was popular in high school (or circa 2000), called Binaca? Scully’s is kind of like that – but for your armpits. It’s a natural deodorant that actually works and feels so refreshing it tingles. It’s not going to guard you from the sweat of a 10 mile run, but it’s the perfect minty spritz for a leisurely summer day! We just tried it this summer and are about to order our third batch – get on it and thank us later!
Peter Thomas roth hyaluronic cloud hydra-gel eye patches
These babies feel like a kiss from the angels for your under-eyes. They’re just amazing. At first glance, they seem expensive ($52), but you get 30 pairs and they are truly miracle workers. A little spatula helps you get them out, since they’re thin and wet. Put them under your eyes for anywhere from 15 min to and hour, and watch any signs of jet lag, tiredness, or puffiness disappear. You can feel the moisture from the patches seeping into your skin, leaving you with ultra hydrated under-eyes. Hyaluronic acid, marshmallow root extract, creamide NP, and arnica all work together to make you look and feel like you’ve just woken up from a 20 hour nap!
Shiseido PURE RETINol express smoothing eye mask
Okay, so it’s a tie for the eye masks. But let’s be honest, if you can show us a person with 24/7 radiant, bagless under-eyes, then we’ll drop our “the mo’ eye masks the better” life mantra. Chef extraordinary and face-mask aficionado, Serena Wolf, first piqued our interest in these revitalizing puppies. Now, we throw them on the second we get to our hotel room – or back to our hotel room-sized manhattan apartment! Individually wrapped, the masks come soaking in a silky, ivory-colored retinol serum and stay in place brilliantly.
Drybar Detox dry shampoo
Dry shampoo is maybe the most important product in the summer months, when you have to combat sweat daily. We’ve tried a bunch of different brands of dry shampoo but keep coming back to drybar Detox Dry Shampoo. It seriously sops up any oils or sweat and allows you to go a an extra day or two with having to wash your hair again. We also love using it on clean hair, before styling, to give our tools a little grit to hang on to. The travel size is great to toss in your bag for use anytime, anywhere!

This coconut water base is filled with plant extracts that smell amazing and leave your skin hydrated and dewy looking. We use this as a setting spray after applying make-up, a hydrating mist during long flights, and as a cool wake-up for our skin in the mornings.

Sunscreen is without a doubt the most important past of our beauty regime. We use face sunscreen every single day of the year and were so excited when this Coola product came out. These silk drops are SPF 30 and can be used daily. Use them alone and rub on your neck and face, or mix with make-up and apply as you normally would.
