Set on the shores of Lake Superior, you’ll wake to the sound of crashing waves each morning at Blue Fin Bay and be in awe of watercolor skies each night. Looking out onto the water, it’s hard to believe you’re looking at a lake. For as far as the eye can see, water extends in every direction. Waves create ripples on the surface, and at high tide (yes, this lake has a tide), they crash into the jagged shoreline. The resort is part of a family of several properties, including Temperance Landing and Surfside. Blue Fin Bay is as welcoming as the Northern Minnesotan people; beautiful scenery invites you to sit and take it all in, and cozy nooks around the property beg you to curl up with a good book. You know we love taking Kirby, the C+T mascot, along, so we were thrilled that dogs are welcomed here. Our room was set right on the lawn, with the lake just steps from our porch, allowing us to enjoy the outdoors right in the comfort of our home away from home.
