The first time we bit into their smoky, tender brisket, we were in love. It had taken awhile, but we’d finally found great BBQ in NYC. Sure, you can have some good eats at Blue Smoke or Dinosaur, but Fette Sau is the real thing. We also weren’t angry to find out this little Williamsburg joint is outfitted with an impressive whiskey bar and strong selection of craft beer.
