Just over 2 hours from New York City, the hotel’s relaxed atmosphere is complemented by simple, modern-woodsy decor. Housed in a converted garage you’ll find the reception area, outfitted with picnic tables, beer in the fridge, and a not-so-subtle sign behind the counter that reads “Don’t Hassle Me I’m Local”.
In each of the 20 guest rooms, stark white walls are juxtaposed against reclaimed wood furniture pieces. A Tivoli radio rests on the nightstand next to every comfy bed. While simple in style, it still maintains all the amenities of a nice hotel. Beyond the standard queen and double-beds, the hotel also offers bunk bed rooms in their aptly named ‘Bunk House’. These can be snagged at very affordable prices. In addition to the great pool area, The Graham and Co property is complete with fire pits, hammocks, and bikes for guests to take into town. The ‘Den’ building provides a comfortable and spacious common area where anyone can just relax or hook up to the WiFi.
An easy 3 minute walk from the hotel, the town of Phoenicia has plenty of restaurants and coffee shops to peruse. In the surrounding Catskills area, amazing hikes, white water tubing and excellent fly-fishing await you. The Graham & Co is a perfect place to getaway for the weekend and explore all that the famous Catskills region has to offer.
