Wanna know where all the city’s best chefs are eating these days?? The new Korean BBQ place: Kang Ho Dong Baekjeong. It’s all the rage and it has the substance (and kimchi galore) to back it up. Everything from the banchan sides to the premium cut spicy pork belly is busting with flavor. With acclaimed locations already in L.A. and Flushing Queens, the owners opened their Manhattan outpost in December 2014 and it’s been buzzed about ever since. The praise is mostly attributed to the brilliant hire of Chef Deuki Hong. Trained in the kitchens of both Jean Gorge and David Chang, Chef Hong took his fancy-shmancy cooking skills to the world of Korean BBQ, and for that we say: Thank you Good Sir, Thank you. And we’re not the only ones thankful for Hong’s training. Zagat named Hong one of the  best 30 chefs in NYC, under 30 years old. Congrats!!
