This French bistro on Bond Street in NoHo is everything you want it to be. The menu options are old school French (think lobster thermidor, duck a l’Orange, and frog legs) but they’re prepared in a new school way, and if loving that is wrong . . . well, no, it’s just not. The foie gras is the truth and the Amish chicken was a happy surprise! The back wall is covered in black and white photos of French philosophers and if you can name them all, the owners will comp your meal. We’ll give you a high-five because you’re smart.
