There really is no end to the list of things you can see and do in the New York City’s largest park… so here’s a list:

  • you can go to the zoo
  • captain your own rowboat
  • jog around the reservoir
  • ride the carousel
  • ice skate (in the winter)
  • read a god book in Sheep Meadow
  • see a statue of Alice in Wonderland
  • people watch from a bench (this could occupy hours)
  • have a picnic lunch on the Great Lawn
  • ride in a horse-drawn carriage
  • rollerblade like it’s 1999
  • have your caricature made by an artist
  • watch a street performer
  • get married there
  • make a wish at Bethesda Fountain (the big fountain that’s in every movie)
  • play baseball/softball/dodgeball/soccer
  • listen to a Beatles tribute at Strawberry Fields
  • visit Belvedere Castel

And this isn’t even everything! You could spend hours in this gorgeous green space. If anyone’s ever said Central Park is just a regular, old park, now you know better.
