Full of great shops, artisan vendors, food stands and restaurants, Chelsea Market is one of the best destinations in the City for locals and tourists alike. From jewelry to leather goods, you will inevitably find something you’ll want to take home. Have a delicious lobster roll at The Lobster Place or grab a Five-Spice Glazed Pork Belly sandwich at Num Pang to go. Our favorite spot to grab a glass of wine is at Corkbuzz Wine Studio, and to delve deeper into your affinity for vino, try a wine tasting class at the Chelsea Wine Vault. If wine isn’t your jam, they offer tasting classes that range from champagne to bourbon. The Market also hosts a concert series on the first Friday of every month, featuring local musicians. We love browsing the huge Artists and Fleas shop (an outpost of the Brooklyn Flea) attached to the 10th Ave and West 15th street entrance to the market. Food, booze, shopping and entertainment are plentiful at Chelsea Market, so make sure this place makes it on to your C+T activity list!
